After viewing Johnny Cupcakes blog, the technique I would love to incorporate in my blog with regards to school is keeping it personal and posting images as I go forth in my journey. John Earle's blog is very personal and he has a lot of pictures he posts and also promotes his products.

This is a great idea Janice. John Earle has definitely mastered the concept of promoting his personality and creating great foundations for customer interaction. Having your papers up on this blog would be very interesting and it would personalize your school process to your readers. The images of these papers would also be interesting to have access to. This is a bold idea, sounds awesome though!

ReplyDeleteJanice, I completely agree with you about the usage of more images throughout blogs and blogging. I really think that John Earle presents that concept really well throughout his blogs and Johnny Cupcakes website. Visual imaging is one of the most effective techniques in promoting and marketing. Without images, a customer/client would not be able to receive and/or experience a general and overall visual idea of the specific product they are interested in. I think using images always grabs more attention for interest, so as a matter of fact I had redesigned my blog about vinyl records with adding more images and links.
